Hello, My name is Stephanie and I own and manage a real estate brokerage called NextHome First Coast. We serve the entire Jacksonville/St.Johns/St.Augustine community. Our motto is Humans over Houses and our mascot "Luke" is a French Bulldog. Our mission is enriching lives by helping people find their next home. We truly believe in the human in the home and the story in the sale.

Every year on June 15 we celebrate our corporate anniversary by finding fun and unique ways to give back to our local community. Every NextHomie from around the country is looking for ways to incorporate our mission to help others. As owner of NextHome First Coast, we have chosen K9s For Warriors as our non-profit for this year. We will collect items from the wish list (gift-in-kind list) to help with the K9s For Warriors' kennel and clubhouse/pantry needs. We will be collecting from the community from now through June 14 and will deliver items and donations collected on June 15: Luke Day!  

Communities around the First Coast need to know about the services this non-profit offers to our veterans. With the new VA clinic in St. Augustine, and several bases nearby, among other resources, the impact we can have here with our veterans is big! I am MRP certified in real estate transactions (Military Relocation Professional), which means I have the background and knowledge to understand the PCS process and military moves. My husband, father and father in law are all military veterans, different service branches (Marines, Army and Navy, respectively). Having family history and local commitment to providing excellent service, my mission is to serve this very important population.

I hope you will help us accomplish this goal by looking at the wish list and contacting me to pick up any items you may have to donate. Alternatively, you can donate cash as well to help them with their mission of providing trained service canines through their program.
