My name is Tim Drill.  I served in the U.S. Navy for 33 years, as a Hospital Corpsman and Nurse Corps Officer.  My medical assignments and experiences involved a comprehensive and holistic delivery of health care for our Warriors and families.  In my retirement, my beautiful Paisley, a Black and Red German Shepherd, along with my Wife Joan, discovered Three Dog Bakery.  This wonderful bakery and food store for canines owned and operated by Lynn and R. J. Riehle is outstanding in their concern, knowledge and operation supporting the canine community.  Their interest in my military experience and their selfless desire to contribute in some capacity is humbling!  This year, Photographer Jen Mahn has joined our "Team" to provide a keepsake to our community of canine lovers while supporting K9s For Warriors!

Determined to end veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs coming from high-kill rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.
