EXIT Golf Outing Supporting K9s For Warriors

Hi, my name is Beth Oertel, the organizer of EXIT for Vets. I love dogs, and I love supporting our Veterans.


A few years ago I learned about an organization that trained service dogs for Veterans. WOW! That idea sure lit my heart on fire but at a cost of $25,000 for ONE dog I knew I couldn’t do it alone!

 

Fast forward to April 2021--we put on the first EXIT x K9s For Warriors Golf Outing and raised about $30,000 and we sponsored our first dog!

It's time to do it again! Mark your calendars for April 18, 2022 for our 2nd Annual EXIT Golf Outing Supporting K9s For Warriors at Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club! In the meantime, thank you for your donation to this great cause! Let's give another Veteran A New "Leash" on Life! 
 
 
18 holes of golf at Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club in Hendersonville, TN, raffles and auction!  Throughout the event you will have a chance to meet several sponsers at each hole and together we will donate a K9 to a Veteran in need!  Thank you all for your support and generosity. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Determined to end veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs coming from high-kill rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.
