I will attempt to summit Mt Kilimanjaro, the tallest free standing mountain in Africa, on 01 January 2023 while sharing the wonderful organization K9s for Warriors as our service members continue to find effective methods to prevent veteran suicide, return heroes to a life of dignity and independence, all while also saving rescue dogs!

K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs coming from high-kill rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.
