Veterans are one of our country's populations that are most often mistreated and forgotten in our everyday lives, and this charity provides them with the best kind of treatment - the unconditional love and support that Service Dogs give their owners.

Service Dogs are more than cute puppies that listen well to instructions. They go through vigorous training to become desensitized to crowds, loud noises, and other common things that impact our daily lives that could distract a dog from their job. In many cases, a Service Dog will learn to warn their human of oncomming panic attacks and react by nuzzling their human to distract and give them the support they need.

Service Dogs do so much for Veterans every day, but their training is costly. K9s For Warriors steps in to give our country's protectors the quality dogs they need at no cost to the family. And that is why we are happy to support them and their mission!
