Thank you for taking time out of your day to check out our Wedding Fundraising page. We have opened a donation account for a special cause, since we are having our wedding on Veterans Day. We wanted to give back to Veterans and we also happen to love dogs, so we found the best match!
We found K9s for Warriors when trying to find a cause to donate towards for our wedding. After reading and researching about K9s for Warriors, we could not find one bad thing about this cause. They save two lives, one human and one K9.
Determined to end veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs coming from high-kill rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.
