Fishing for BM2 Covert to Benefit K9s for Warriors

In January 2022, I lost my best friend and brother (from another mother), Chris Covert, to cancer. My wife and I knew we wanted to do something to honor his memory and after speaking with his widow, it was determined that an organization that provides service dogs to veterans was the perfect way to remember Chris. Chris served in the US Navy and suffered severe PTSD. He received a service dog named Duke and the two of them were a perfect team. When Duke passed away, he was cremated and when Chris's remains were buried his beloved dog Duke was laid to rest with him.

As many of you know, I am an avid fisherman and decided to put on a Bass Fishing Benefit Tournament on April 2, 2022 to raise funds to donate to K9s for Warriors in Honor of BM2 Christopher Covert and Duke. The tournament will take place at Lake Tillery in North Carolina. I know that many people will not want to or be able to participate in the tournament but, if you would like to donate any amount would be greatly appreciated. I hope to help make a difference for a Warrior in honor of my Brother Chris. Thank you for helping me to do so.
