Little Miss Brewing's Canine Carnival
We will be holding the event on Sunday, October 2nd starting at 3pm. There are carnival-style games planned as well as Little Miss Bingo, a silent auction,and a BBQ lunch. All of our prizes and auction items are donations from local artists and businesses who hold our cause near and dear to their hearts, and our food will be provided by Little Miss Brewing volunteers.
We are holding this event in honor of our friend, Jeff. Jeff was a veteran of the Navy and sustained a brain injury from his time of service. His dog, Maya, though not a trained Service Dog, was a big part of his life and we want to honor their bond and his life. Please come by on October 2nd to enjoy some great food and fun carnival-style games!
Determined to end veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs coming from high-kill rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.
