Join the American Legion Auxiliary in Fernandina Beach, FL for a fun-filled afternoon sampling all types of dishes made with BACON! Who doesn't like bacon?
Some of the past entries were Bacon Chocolate Martinis, Bacon Ice Cream, Bacon Cheesecake, Bacon Jam, Bacon Cupcakes and more!
There is a $7 charge to taste all of the dishes and vote for your favorites. We will also be raffling off a kayak filled with all kinds of goodies!
All money collected goes directly to K9s For Warriors!!
Determined to end veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs coming from high-kill rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.
