Thad's Get Active Fundraiser

Hello All,
Some of you probably know me, but for those that don’t, my name is Thad Zuber. I’m reaching out because this summer I’m raising money for a charity named K9s For Warriors.
K9s For Warriors is the nation’s largest provider of service dogs for veterans. Focused on ending veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs coming from high-kill rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.
I’ll be raising money for this charity while I train for multiple Spartan Races. The reason I chose to raise money for K9s For Warriors is because a couple years ago when I completed a Spartan Race in Killington, Vermont, it was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Yet, I use it as a reminder that there are men and women who serve in our armed forces who go through worse struggles everyday: mentally, physically, and emotionally.
While I hope you are willing and able to support this cause, I also extend a challenge to you to get active yourself. If you donate, I ask that you challenge yourself to do an activity that gets you moving. To inspire you more, send me your challenge or any activity that you come up with, and I’ll complete that challenge either alongside you or on my own. It can be something as simple as “take a walk” or “do some pushups” to something as complex as go hike Mount Washington, but I challenge you to get creative in what you come up with.
I hope you join me in staying active this summer and donating to a cause that supports those that have protected us.
Thanks guys.
